Auditor is the structured assessment mode for findings, evidence gaps, CAPA, and report-style reviews. Both are AI modes inside the platform. They are separate from PinkPepper's human consultancy service on the Pro plan.
Pro includes 1 hour of human food safety consultancy each month. This is separate from the in-app Consultant and Auditor modes. Use it for review, guidance, and higher-risk support. Hours do not roll over.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing portal. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
